New Works 2016-19

"Amy, Troy, Jennifer, Emma, Jessica, Tara, James, Astrid, and Fox are all people who have allowed me to study them through imagery.  These artworks are more than just simple figure drawings - they are attempts to capture different aspects of each person’s individual character, something of who they are, while at the same time giving the viewers an opening and space to see themselves in the image.  The artworks that the viewers react to then become, not a picture of a distant “other”, but a reflection of how the viewers see themselves."
